I would like to recognize both Jin and Termaine for their services. I have had a buildup of stress and tension and Ms. Termaine really took her time and got every knot out. Termaine is very attentive and actual focused on my focal points I asked her to. Literally the best massage I have ever had. I thought she was going over her time but she did everything in 50 mins. She deserves a bonus, promotion, or something! This was my second time going to Jin and she does a great job with my facials. Give her a raise too!

Ben is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had in my 15 years I’ve been getting massages. I’ll rearrange my day or even pay a sitter so that I can schedule with him. He uses the perfect amount of pressure for me and knows how to target the areas I request. I love super deep tissue, and he somehow does it in a way that isn’t painful. Do yourself a favor and go see Ban at Clarendon!

***STOP*** If you sign up for a 12-month contract please ask for Termaine. She is the best I’ve been to so far and used who for my last session. I felt so amazing during the massage and after that I decided to sign up with her on a monthly basis after my contract was up. She does all pressure and I wanted medium to firm.

My 1st visit was booked wrong. The massage therapist was giving me a relaxation massage when I was supposed to get the tension therapeutic massage. When I asked her when she was gonna start getting down to the muscles she said it wasn’t what she did I replied by saying since we were already in 1/2 hr of the session to just continue. She abruptly stopped and said you don’t have to pay for this session and walked out. I went to the desk and told the receptionist what happened and was charged for half the visit. I still rebooked for the following weekend and was in route when I received a call saying the person called out and I had to reschedule. Every time I try to reschedule they never have appointments. Cancelling my membership.
