Ying was great. She asked the right questions at the beginning and then let me enjoy the rest. It’s difficult to find a woman who does the more firm massages but she was good! I was a little disappointed that the place didn’t even have water for customers before or after the massage. I think they said it was some policy but it didn’t make sense to me. If you are looking for more pampering, I would go elsewhere (and probably have to pay more) but if you just want to get a good massage and be on your way this is a great place.

This location went above and beyond! I was unable to make my scheduled appointment time due to running late from work. I called and Becca at the front desk gave me the option of moving my appointment time back by an hour. This allowed me to still get a massage that day. I was seen by Rebecca who I highly recommend. She is very professional, doing a good job of customizing the massage based on pressure preference and areas of tension and pain. This allowed her to get the massage right on the first try. Overall, a really good experience from this Massage Envy location.

Excellent experience with first stretching session. Monica described and explained each stretch and expertly lncorporated my feedback for stretch intensity. Really helped loosen some chronically stiff muscles in legs, hip area, and shoulders/neck. Monica also provided some helpful home stretch suggestions for helping to keep things limber. Looking forward to adding in stretching sessions to my massage routine.

I was so impressed with my experience here. I have always been nervous about getting a massage because I have Spina Bifida and not only did they know what Spina Bifida is, they knew how to accommodate it. Even before my appointment, they took a half hour just to get to know my body and my needs. It was extremely thorough. Nya was the best! When it became painful, Nya immediately adjusted the pressure so I wouldn’t feel pain. Even a day later, my body feels lighter and looser than it ever has. My pain is gone! I came because a friend gave me a gift card. I am going to do everything possible to make this a regular occurrence. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you are disabled.
