I have been to this location before and was pleased with the service. However, it was my first time having Kassidy as my masseuse. She was very professional and very pleasant! Kassidy did an awesome job in targeting the areas that needed the most attention. She made sure I was comfortable during the session and I left feeling very relaxed. I would definitely use her again!

Nothing against the therapist, she was likely following a routine, I don’t know. However, this service (stretch) was a waste of time and money. I could have laid on my living room floor and got a better stretch. Perhaps it was not targeted for active patrons but more so for elderly. If that is the case it should have been presented that way and I would have spent my time and money on another more suitable product or service. I do not intend to include this in my routine going forward. Very disappointed.

Mr. Manuel is massage envy. I’ve used other masseuse before, but no one else compares to the level of skill, service, expertise, and overall experience. My appointment was booked barely 24hrs, prior to my visit , I got to the place and realized that they didn’t specify if it was a male or female who was going to be the masseuse, it ended up being a male, and I explained to them that I was Muslim who has the hijab and could not be massaged by a man, the lady tried to move me to a later time with a woman but it wasn’t convenient , she ended up charging me full price of the massage for canceling my appointment, even though I came in with my daughter who also had a facial so it wasn’t like i didn’t use any of their services at all…. First impression totally unfair. I will never use this place again.
