Me and my husband scheduled facial 2 months in advance to be accommodated while we are on vacation. We had a babysitter scheduled for the morning. We get a voicemail day before canceling my husbands, and not offering any other type of appt or accommodation. After explaining my situation the manager hung up on me… RUNNNN and don’t spend your hard earned money here you are better off at one of the other ocean city spas.

I was on vacation at Ocean City and wanted to book a massage and this was the only place that called me back. (Salisbury) Not only did they call back but was able to get me in the next day along with my wife. They made us feel like royalty. I wanted a deeper pressure massage and that’s exactly what I got. I will come back here every year. It would be wise that if you’re going on vacation in OC to book the massage a couple weeks in advance.

I saw Ariene at the Ocean City, MD location and I received a massage from her. I feel so much better she took care of my problem area with great pressure and even asked if I needed more. And told me to do some stretches to help with my tight legs and lower back pain. I can’t wait to see her for my next session. She is in every way professional and a delight to be around.

I absolutely adore Carly, she is amazing; however, as a member for over 3 years, I have had issues with appointments more times than I can count. I live about 30 minutes away, and on several occasions, after driving all the way there only to be told my appointment was canceled, accidentally scheduled on a day the therapist wasnt here, etc. This last time, I had scheduled a back to back massage and facial as I am 3 months postpartum and have credit built up from over the quarantine. Knowing the history, and that I now have to arrange my schedule around my son, my husband even suggested I call to confirm and of course, whoever I had made the appointment with never put them in the system. I even have it in writing and was told there is no appointment booked. After waiting 3 weeks for SOMETHING I get to do for myself, I didn’t even feel like they cared about the blunder after I told them this had happened to me multiple times and i always brushed it off, but now that I have a child, my schedule is no longer an easy thing to organize. I am more than disappointed and definitely finally ready to take my business elsewhere.
