I really don’t like to post negative reviews but I think people should be aware. Appointments are nearly non-existent at this location which makes it extremely hard to use all the massages I’ve accrued during covid. I’ve tried to contact this location through the website and called multiple times, even leaving a message weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything back. If I didn’t have so many massages that I’ve already paid for waiting to be used I would definitely cancel my membership due to everything I just explained.

I would definitely recommend this location. After a different Massage Envy booked the wrong service for me I called this location and luckily they had an availability for the same week. Mikaela was my massage therapist and she was great! This was my first massage postnatally and it was wonderful.

My first experience with massage envy was definitely more than I expected. Mikaela was phenomenal, great communication just the right pressure, and technique. Very clean establishment, and safety was not a concern. I was abt 15 mins late, thinking they would text me when it was my time to enter. I was greeted enthusiastically and given a tour. The staff was respectful, pleasant and upbeat. Dan was wonderful! He made sure he addressed my target areas and concerns and I felt relaxed throughout!

During my visit with massage envy at Arundel Mills, I was very displeased. I went for two services a massage and a facial. I was gifted for my birthday a credit for a massage, and would only have to pay for the facial. The receptionist advised that we would have to pay more for the second service after the services were rendered. If we would have known prior, we would have only received the one service.
