I was informed of this wonderful esthetician that works miracles on everyone, Michael Green. The reviews he has, top tier! Just reading them, has me stoked! Before I go anywhere, I always check the reviews because that’s where the most honesty come from. So excited to go, I was. It seemed like the perfect stop. Yet, once inside, I was informed that he no longer works there. Very upsetting as I just read a review that was posted merely a couple of days or so go. Still, wherever he goes, I’d like to give it a shot. You don’t have this many awesome reviews by accident. Michael Green, wherever you go if you’re reading this, please inform us all. I’d like to experience the grade A treatment everyone else has as I feel I’ve been robbed of.

I received a gift card from a coworker and went yesterday. They had very limited availability so it took me a while to get an appointment. The front staff were so sweet but the masseuse herself was very standoffish and made me uncomfortable. She was not rude but she made no attempt to seem welcoming and actually seemed slightly annoyed to see me or be there. Idk it just made me feel weird and I couldn’t really relax after that interaction. It was my first massage and wasn’t amazing for the price so I won’t be getting the membership or coming back.

DO NOT sign up for a membership! I threw away $70 a month for over a year and got a total of 3 massages because they don’t have availability! The massage therapists I’ve had were wonderful, but the business model is a TOTAL scam.

I am a paying monthly member. My county had a 2 hr delay due to weather. Freezing rain. They wouldnt let me reschedule without a 50% charge. Maddie was the rudest person! I asked for the general mgr info, they refused to give it to me. She said I can’t give her info out, I said there’s no email, she said nope. She said if I can make it to work it’s onmy freezing rain you can too. I said I have my children home , I can’t come in with my kids. She said sure you can just leave your kids in the lobby. Are you kidding me?
