The actually massage from Angie P was great. The staff however is terrible. They charge your card without permission and charge you for things you never had done. The best was they charged me for an hour when I only received a half hour. Be smart and find someplace else. The “money obsessed” staff here is only concerned with one thing. For me the $35 is no big deal it’s the way the treat you as a client!!!

Incompetent. After relocating back to the area and being gifted a massage here, I thought I’d try a limited membership–mistake. Scheduling is completely incompetent- multiple last minute cancellations, impossible to get evening or weekend spots weeks ahead of time, and the last time waiting 20min into appt time to find out the therapist wasn’t coming. Would love to cancel the last two months and call it a day, but once they have you, there’s no getting out of it. Don’t do it

If your looking for a convenient local location to get a massage, Massage Envy is your place. Located right in River Hill Village Center, Clarksville, next to Ledo’s Pizza and opposite Giant foods supermarket. Staff are pleasant, they have many masseuse that do a fine job providing a relaxing 30 or 60 minute massage session. Lots of clean rooms with massage tables, mood lighting, and ambient relaxation music. The tranquillity (waiting) room has comfortable chairs to relax in, a water cooler, and magazines to help pass the time. I advise you arrive a few minutes early to checkin, fill in the iPad questionnaire and relax while waiting for your session to begin. If you want to save money consider purchasing a $70 monthly membership to Massage Envy. This will save you 30% off the regular price of a session, also giving you credit towards monthly visits.

I got a cancel call from staff and manager 30mins before my appointment. All she can do is rescheduling to another day. I cancel my other appointment to get here due to back achiness. They charge us for no show or rescheduling within 24 hour. I think that it is not fair.

I just called Massage Envy in Clarksville and they suddenly closed their doors Sat. November 17, 2018 without notifying their clients. This is very unprofessional. Their message says they are closed “temporarily” but there is no mention of when they will reopen.

Rip off. They keep raising prices and if you want to transfer a paid session to another member they charge you ten bucks. The staff is revolving there. Once you cancel your membership you can not use any sessions you paid for!
