Worst and weirdest massage ever, and poor atmosphere, cold room, started at least 15 late and ended 5 to 10 min early but they charged me full price even though I said something. Overpriced to begin with. Wanted all my medical info and sign a huge waiver, very clinical vs holistic. No offer of water after, poor communication, asked me about areas and then never focused on them, bordered on inappropriate. Massage person did weird stuff, some painful, was not NOT relaxing or helpful at all, left annoyed, DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL. Left feeling worse than I went in. Had a bruise next day. Would give negative stars if could.

Tessa was amazing and super nice. I got a back facial and felt like I had a new back afterwards. Seriously, if you have backne, get a back facial. You won’t regret it. The facial was wonderful as well. Both services were relaxing and effective.

Absolutely horrendous. Please please do not purchase loved ones gift cards from this place. So many significantly better and cheaper options. My husband shelled out for a gift card for me as a gift from this location. Even though their massage price is so high, they happily took his money without letting him no that they DON’T HAVE AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS. I had to schedule my appointment over a month out. Completely ridiculous. (As an aside, on the phone they scheduled everything without confirming the price. I had to ask them for the price at the end of our phone call. It was insane! Turns out they automatically booked me for a 90 minute massage instead of a 60 min without ever clarifying that with me. Coincidentally, that is the most expensive one. Interesting. Thankfully I asked for clarification and was able to change it to 60 minutes before we hung up.) After waiting all that time for this appointment, I leave work early to finally go get my massage, only to find out they never made the appointment. They put my information in their records but never actually put in my appt time. I guess I now wait another month for an appt to a place that seems pretty terrible. I would love to go back in time and stop my husband from spending that money.
