This is just a money machine! Save your money or go to a place that actually cares about the service provided (not like this chain place). What I booked as a 60min massage was actually a 40min one! I told the masseuse that I have pain in my showers and neck, he said he would focus on it. Other than pressing on a couple of posing under my shoulder blades, he did not touch my shoulders and neck. The form that I complete ask if face and feet and such is ok, my face and feet were not touched. I was shocked when he turned on the lights and said we are done way before the one hour!! When I said something to the girl at the front checking me out she said and did nothing! Waste of time and money. By the time I sat down I had to get up and my area of consent and pain is the exact same. Pointless visit!!

This was my first massage with Michelle. I recently pulled a muscle in my neck and have been in so much pain. She made me feel comfortable and helped relieve the pain in my neck. She also walked me through stretches I could do to help mitigate the pain. This was the first time in a week I’ve felt relief. I appreciate her help and made sure to schedule another appointment with her before I left.
