I’ve been going to the Collegeville location every month for quite some time. I’ve been to some of the other competitors and just feel very comfortable here. They care about your safety, are very clean, and the staff is always friendly. Plus, I have the BEST massage therapist! I have been to a lot of people at other places and no one compares to Shirley! She is super sweet, very thorough, works on all of my pain points and listens to my concerns. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’m leaving an excellent review of my massage therapist Jet. She is an exceptional therapist! I am leaving this review because the franchise sent me a text that if I left a positive review, she would get a “bonus.” Frankly, I find this to be a ridiculous way of getting good reviews and is not respectful of employees. If an employee is doing a good job, reward them rather than subject any additional remuneration to the whims of its customers. Excellent review for Jet. Poor review of Massage Envy’s employment practices.

Got a facial. Was a very relaxing environment. Saw a difference in my overall look. They did a good job. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think my nose could have been exfoliated a little bit more, but other than that, good job!!

A few good therapists- but very poorly run and horrible customer service. You pay for an hour and get 45min. They reschedule or cancel your appointments with out notification. And if you stop your membership they make sure you can’t use your credits you have already were charged for. Such a shame. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anybody. Also Covid vaccines were never required of their employees.
