My massage therapist, Taj is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and has addressed several issues that I have had as a competitive martial artist as well as a working professional that sits at a keyboard for long periods of time. I have received deep tissue massage, help with stretching, and tips on increasing my flexibility and how to lessen pain when I’m away.
