I’ve been going here forever. I noticed a few weeks ago, their tip chart was increased. I assumed they raised their prices. I asked, and my 90 minute facial was $150. That means 20% would be $30. The chart said $35. So according to this chart, they are trying to get you to tip more based on “industry averages”. I will not be returning to this location. This is not something at every massage envy. It is unique to Ardmore. This bothers me because I don’t go to a chain restaurant and tip based on the industry. I tip based on my meal. If I wanted to pay more, I wouldn’t be going to massage envy.

Massage itself was well received, however the primary issue was that the gift guard purchased to cover both a sixty minute massage plus 20% gratuity did not cover even the massage when the person gifted the card went to redeem the service. This resulted in the person gifted a massage having to cover the remainder plus tip out of pocket.

What a rip off!! I had many sessions built up due to the covid pandemic closures, immune disorder and now due to spinal surgery. I can no longer continue this craziness. I just keep buolding up sessions and can’t use them. I asked for a gift certificate in my name for my accrued sessions and close my account. After many discussions the alternative they offered was close my account and MAYBE they would let me use SOME of those accrued sessions in the future if I rejoin. I don’t want to ever rejoin. I told them to close my account. Well today they took money from my checking account! After all of that back and forth they STILL can’t get it right. Don’t go to the Ardmore store. It’s not only a rip off but all the good people left before the pandemic.

I had a facial and a massage at the Ardmore location for my birthday. All around wonderful experience. Facial tech was kind and knowledgeable, and my masseuse was one of the best I’ve had. Even the receptionist at the front desk was bending over backwards for me after my initial masseuse had to call out, and I had to be scheduled with another. Message therapist Park.K lacks in all areas of working with people. He doesn’t show respect for clients and has No care or concern for clients. Front desk receptionist lacks problem solving skills. She is unable to remain impartial in an effort to provide quality service for clients. Overall experience was NOT good had to leave without my Message and when asked to speak with a manager Front desk person wasn’t helpful. And charged my credit card as soon as I walked out the door without receiving my message. Still waiting to hear back from management. My advice, don’t go to the one in Ardmore.

My experience with Kendra was fabulous, she was very professional and highly skilled. There were issues at checkout using the Mother’s Day gift cards, but the front desk staff were very sweet. I use gift cards often, and they very frequently cause trouble with your system. Overall great experience, thank you.

A truly horrible experience. Management is very discriminatory. And will cancel your appointment if you don’t “fit the bill”. A terrible experience from Christine who is the owner. After inquiring on why my appointment was canceled multiple times at different locations I was told that I should just go somewhere else entirely since I don’t meet their standards. When I tried to get a full explanation on what that meant, Christine wanted to assure me that since she was the owner she can make up any rules at any given time to determine who can or cannot get a massage. Christine I hope you start valuing your customers of color rather then just telling them to go somewhere else since they don’t “fit your bill”.
