Brenda Lee is the best. She is been working on me for almost 10 years. Brenda Lee cares about me and helps me feel my best. I used to be all about deep tissue massage and I felt that was the only way to get out the knots. However, Brenda Lee has showed me that when you have a person who really knows body anatomy they can work out the knots and challenges with a lighter touch. John is clearly an experienced MT. As a former luxury Spa Director for over a decade (Ritz Carlton/Four Season/Canyon Ranch) I have had 100’s of massages and auditions. John is my choice therapist at the Warrington location. I will say though, that I had some difficulty with a change in waitlist protocol. I chose to pause my membership over this concern and likely cancel after I caught up with credits. However, John assured me that the process will likely be going back to what works for a busy professional like myself. (Convenient waitlist notification process is important for me because scheduling way ahead of time and sticking to that time often doesn’t work). I trust John, and his massages are worth the patience in protocol change, so I am staying on and being patient. (Which I’m also not great at. Lol). No, I don’t talk this much during my massages. Thanks John.
