After being a loyal member for 18 years, I decided to cancel my membership due to blatant rudeness and consistent unprofessional conduct by management at Monroeville location. What was once an amazing place to go for an excellent massage, is now just an uncomfortable experience. Management speaks and treats customers like they are a burden and it’s a shame. Many errors by staff regarding scheduling and instead of apologizing and making it right, there’s a lack of accountability and blame placed on you as the customer. Avoid this location at all costs. I have had the best experience at all other locations: Squirrel Hill, Greensburg, McCandless but those are just too far to go for biweekly sessions.

I did the one year membership with them and it was nothing but problems from day one. I signed my cancellation with them in March and they are still charging me in July and are supposedly going to “take care of it “. All of the massages in the 12 months I had a membership were subpar if that, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money!

I really like this location! The staff is very friendly and professional. I wasn’t very pleased though with the massage that I received from Jessica. She has an extremely dry and unpleasant personality! Her technique was less than thorough and I felt more stressed when I left than when I came in. I cancelled all of my future appointments with her and rescheduled with other therapists.

I really love this place like my aesthesians for my facial and derma but the way they taken out money from your account was ridiculously insane.When the pandemic hits in March that was the last time that I had my service from them but they continuesly taken out money from my account because it was a contract so even no service during that time I have to pay every month I waited my contract to be over until August. By September they took another hit of $ 65 they said that I should call to cancel my membership otherwise its automatically renewed .I had to physically talked to the manager I had to admit how angry I was. After a long conversation she was nice to tell me to refund a couple months of payments. Lessons learn never give your credit card for a contract especially from massage envy
