Got a gift card for my girlfriend who is pregnant, and even asked if they had a masseuse that did prenatal massages and i was told yes so I got her a gift card for an hour massage. She booked her appointment told them she was pregnant and made her appointment, she had to wait a few weeks for her to get in. (Was fine with that due to covid making everything more complicated and backed up) she finally goes in for her appointment and gets there and was told by them that the masseuse that she was scheduled with did not do prenatal massages, and they only had one person that did them and wasnt working. So she was turned away and told to make another appointment and that was 2 weeks out. So after waiting another 2 weeks and wasnt even compensated for her inconvenience for the first time she went and wasnt able to be done. The masseuse was acutally nice enought to come in early to gey her in only reason it got 2 stars. She told them her main issuse was her lower back and sciatica and she wanted him to concentrate on that area. He ended up being super firm on the massage when she asked to have medium pressure not hard and he only spent 10 mins on her back and her massage only ladted 45 mins.. We will not be gping back nor recommending anyone to go there. Hope they get their act together they are good at selling there services but when you ask about details they sre unsure about them..

I was very disappointed. I told the esthetician about my blackheads and had them extracted from my face. She also let me purchase the recommended products for my skin condition, unaware that two of the products would be about $80 for a cream and cleanser and that the first-time non-member facial would be $90 for an hour session, even though the website stated that it would only be paying an amount up to $60. To make matters worse, the esthetician HAD NOT removed all of the blackheads, let alone had not removed all of the gunk from my nose like she said and did. I had to remove the rest of my imperfections from my face when I got home. I will also be returning the skincare products, because at this point, I don’t believe that they are worth my money or my time anymore.

Is it possible to leave no stars? I have been trying to get in touch with the owner for months and even had my attorney contact them still with no response. Extreemly disappointed and yet I am still stuck in a contract and paying monthly for massages I haven’t used since gifting one while in Long Beach back in July. I only signed up because my first massage that was a gift was terrible and i felt bad for complaining, if that makes any sense. DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO JOINING THIS PLACE!!!!

It was quick and they did a decent job. This is massage on the cheap and on the quick, so do not expect anything mind blowing, but if you are sore and in the mall, a great stop.
