I’ve had massages too rough for me personally that hurt very badly for 5 days after (note: I have fibromyalgia) and I’ve had some that were so gentle as to be very relaxing but ineffective for my needs. Beth is the perfect amount of pressure for me. I have crunchy bits in my right trap and she did a great job. I’m a little sore the next day but nothing crazy. I will def see her again!

The 5 stars are for Jessica and Zac on reception. No stars for the other people who were there to greet me. A completely different energy. Zac was not on duty when I arrived but checked me out. I don’t know what is going on but a lot of negative energy in the Reception Area when Zac is not there.
