I have been a member for 1 year now. I signed up when I got my sister a massage for a Christmas gift and December 2021. I’ve not been able to schedule her any massages it’s impossible and nor have I been able to schedule myself any. I feel like I’m wasting money every month paying for this membership that I can’t even use. My mother and my sister made a mistake of going to the wrong location for their appointment and I was charged 50% fee even though I called and told him that they were at the long location and I asked if we could reschedule because there was no way that they would be able to make it to the other location within 15 minutes. I am very Furious about this and it makes me not even want to be a member any longer and if I cancel now I would lose all of my massages. I no longer want to be a member no longer interested in referring anyone to your locations because it’s totally impossible to get any kind of massages.
