Maryann is the single greatest woman to go to for a facial. I have never met someone more calming, good at her job, educated and informative. The reason I have continued to keep my subscription to ME is specifically so I won’t miss out on facials with her. She has changed my skin with the peels and facials but also the products she recommended. Just a couple tweaks to my routine and it’s like I have new skin. I have never had clear skin in 25 years. Maryann is truly a godsend.

I hate that I got to do this review in the first place. I’m giving 1 star for several reasons. First a little back story, I had my very first massage at the NFB location and it was wonderful ! I went on there page and immediately gave them a 5 star rating. The massage therapist I had was so amazing and it was so relaxing ! I talked myself into getting massages once a week to pamper myself considering I enjoyed it so much. Untill this upcoming appointment I just received. To remind everyone I’m not a member and I pay full price on top of 50% tip. On the app I mark all the things I’d like done and Lancaster location on top of the massage therapist I had , had no clue and was questioning everything I marked down. For an example I put down I’d like to receive another LIGHT massage. And Richard being my massage therapist for the very first time told me 90 minutes is way to long to do on my body and wasn’t taking into consideration what I wanted done. Richard seems like a great guy but personally he talks to much I couldn’t relax one bit.I received the rapid tension relief before hand and it was amazing !!!!!!!’ And when I received it this time he had it on max volume where my entire body was vibrating and he was keeping it in one spot and pressing down so hard where it’s literally hurting me , when I told him maybe he should turn it down a couple modes. he used DEEP pressure onto my back and was doing these super weird awkwardness fast motion where I can’t even explain. and now laying here in bed my back is killing me. I’m not the one to be rude and say something there and then because things were already awkward as it is. What an awful experience I had. My full body got tortured during that session. And I had to cancel my further appointment that I had booked with him for the following week. There’s no way I’m ever going back to this location. Spending over $200 including a tip ? To receive an awful experience? What a shame. Hopefully someone reaches out to me and makes this experience better for me. Considering I shouldn’t have gone through that. Everything felt rushed on top of everything. Not relaxing 1 bit. I feel awful leaving this review but it needs to be done. I wouldn’t want someone new like me to receive this same experience I just experienced:(

Richard did an amazing massage. I had a 90 minute appointment and it was so well worth the extra half hour. Richard me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Time went so fast and I felt wonderful. I would definitely request another appointment with him.
