I have accumulated 27 credits. Every month I’m charged for a session. I am paying every month, yet the only available appointments are three or four months in advance. I am being charged for a service they cannot supply. Seems like fraud and illegal. If I cancel my membership, I have 60 days to use those 27 credits (which equals $1,890). However, Massage Envy cant get me in for the appointments but yet they still continue to charge my credit card each month. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager suggested that I put my account on a freeze for the next 6 month so that I can use up my credits. However, I am being charged $10/month AND Ive tried so many times to make an appointment to use up my credits but they still can’t get me in for my massage until 4 month later! Whoever reads this and is having the same problem please contact me. I am getting a lawyer!

Do not spend your money here! Bought a gift certificate for my daughter for Mother’s Day …. It is now October and we are unable to get an appointment… went in person to try to book one.. the “assistant manager “ was no help , her solution was they have availability for a facial…. I asked if I can get a refund since they are unable to accommodate a booking for a massage, obviously was told no. I wish I would of read the reviews before I spent my money there. This is probably the biggest scam business Iv ever in countered. They take my money then cancel the appointments. I’m now on my tenth cancellation. The last time was the final straw. They scheduled my appointment for Memorial Day then canceled it the day of because it was Memorial Day. They refused to refund any money. At 70$ each that’s 700$ wasted. They suspended my payments (now only charging 12$ A month) but still canceled appointments now because they can’t get staff. Not my fault or problem. I would not waste my time or money in this place.

I showed up for my appointment at 4:30 and unknown to me they cancelled my appointment with my normal therapist and assigned me another therapist without an explanation, I didn’t even know until the new therapist came to get me that my normal therapist was not available. I’ve been going to the same therapist monthly there for a few years and I make appointments months in advance with that therapist. When I went to the front desk to inquire the young woman at the front desk was not helpful at all. She just informed me that my appointment was canceled today and rescheduled with a different therapist in their system and there wasn’t a note why. She had the nerve to say I must have called to cancel and rescheduled since there was no note in the system. I asked to speak to a manager but the manager only works Sunday to Thursday and she was not at all interested in contacting the manager. I also told her I was going to write a negative review and she could care less. She further had the nerve to say she wasn’t sure if my session today would be refunded even though I left. If you are looking for a professional establishment go somewhere else.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is by far the best massage envy location I have ever been to!!!! I have seen 3 different masseuses and each experience has been wonderful. The staff at the front desk are always kind and helpful. They take all precautions to keep the establishment clean and safe. I have extreme back pain tension and knots and every staff member is trained to target all my concerns. I’ve had Mary Margaret who was phenomenal with her techniques to get out all of my upper back and shoulder knots, I had Sean for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing!!! It “hurt so good” as I like to say but only because I requested that and I enjoy a deep massage. I have also had Regina who is amazing if you want an extremely relaxing but also efficient massage and has a wide range of pressures as requested. I would assume all the other masseuse they have at this location would be just as great. 10/10 would recommend!This is by far the best massage envy location I have ever been to!!!! I’ve been going to this place on an off for a few years. Unfortunately I will never go here again. When trying to cancel my membership the lady on the phone said I had to fill out paperwork and then needed to wait to hear back from a manager. When I explained I wanted to make sure my card on file wouldn’t be charged because I won’t be using their services, the lady on the phone said I had to wait for a manager. After a few minutes she finally lets me know, that even after I speak with a manager it will still take 10 days for the request to be processed, meaning my card would still be charged. When I asked to remove the card on file, she refused. The lady on the phone didn’t tell me the truth until after I kept asking her to make sure my card wouldn’t be charged. This company has been sued in the past because of unfair practices and it’s sad to see they haven’t learned a thing.

They also offer stretching, add ons, aromatherapy, personal cosmetic products and other things.I really felt comfortable with my therapist. She was very skilled and considerate of my needs.
