Karen was excellent; however, my experience with the front desk was a horror. I was quoted $75 for the facial since I had not been there in almost 3 years. I was charged $125 which was $50 over my quote and I had to pay more of a tip than I expected. When I got home I called another Message Envy and was also quoted $75. I called the desk and the girl was gracious enough to tell me I would be credited the $50. Today I get a text rescinding the $50 because I went to a Message Envy in Florida. I am so annoyed and aggravated over this happening. I will look for another salon for my messages and facials. Fran Paul

Wish I can give no stars, customer service here is the worst. I came a couple of minutes late to my appointment and I’m charged in full with no remorse. I didn’t receive any phone calls prior to my appointment at all, including that same morning.The front desk employee said she was about to call me yet nothing, all she says when I walked in is “oh are you here for your appointment? We can’t you’re late, you have to pay and make a new appointment for another day.” Like they are waiting for me to not come just so they can charge me. I tried reasoning with her and nothing, she kept saying “there’s nothing she can do, is there anything else I can help you with?” then I speak with the manager and it’s the same story about corporate rules and they don’t do refunds, she is trying to belittle me by asking me if I need her to explain the policies differently after I’ve heard the same story over and over from her and the front desk employee. If I would’ve called same day to cancel, I would be charged half price but since I came in I’m charged in full? How does this make sense? To add to that the manager told me I’m the only customer today yet I was still somehow not able to be seen for my appointment, $75 for no service received, and also my first experience with the massage envy franchise, which I had such high expectations for. Clearly, it’s a scam for money and not really about making people feel good, this location and its managers make me never want to go to any massage envy at all costs, did nothing to resolve the issue, and belittled me in the process. Thank you for the worst customer experience I’ve ever received.

The customer service at the front desk makes you never want to return to this place. I initially made an appointment for a facial— showed up and the masseuse kindly advice to reschedule because at the time I had a condition in my lips and she was afraid it would be more affected. I rescheduled and spoke to the receptionist to just reconfirm the appointment with me within time to make sure the condition went away. I received a voicemail the day off saying that if I didn’t show up to the appointment I will be charged. We had a family lost and I was away from the country. When I returned days later I called to explain and the receptionist (Ana) which she happened to first identify her self as the manager kept cutting me off as I was speaking saying those were the rules. Not showing any care or attention. I then asked to speak to the person she reported to and she then said she was the Owner of the place. I asked for her last name and she refused to provide it.

Do not sign up for their monthly account it is a huge scam and they will not cancel you’re account and if u try to cancel it make sure u have them give you the paperwork to sign stating that you want to terminate your account!

Came here again this weekend and had a good experience. It’s much better with the new owners. They’ve corrected scheduling issues that were common last year. If you call with enough notice you can get a couples massage, which is a really nice way to start out a date night or right aftwr a movie. Anna is the general manager, talk to her and she’ll accommodate any special requests or medical issues, like a prior back injury or in my case knee. (mention my name or that you read my review and you just might get a little gift )

The front desk was rude, their cancellation policy was never explained, they basically called me a liar as a I tried to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency after never being told the cancer policy. I insisted they pull the call as I was never told they would charge my card. The manager refused to help the situation or even get on the phone to speak with me. So much for relaxing, they are crooks only interested in taking your money. So unprofessional, so rude. If you want to be made to feel uncomfortable then my all means check it out. I’m soo disappointed.
