Would recommend other locations over this one. Not professional. Had a facial appointment and was taken almost 15 minutes late and she rushed the facial to finish at scheduled time. Had the facial scrub still all over my neck and back when finished where I had to find a towel and clean it off Myself. Commack is a much better location.

Had a gift certificate a couple of years old. Called ahead of time to make sure it was still valid and they told me their gift cards “never expire”. Made an appointment and went to pay and they told me my gift certificate was expired. I told them I was informed they don’t expire. Had them call the supervisor and all they could do for me was 20% off. Will never go back, worst customer service.

I have always loved massage envy but after my most recent visit last Tuesday I can’t say I’m so sure I’ll go back. I went for a prenatal massage and unfortunately only one out of the three areas I requested a focus on we’re worked on. I was really looking forward to this massage as my feet, neck and back are all constantly aching carrying this baby around. I called after and let them know that I wasn’t satisfied with my massage and to confirm I requested these specific areas worked on. The person working said that they would have management reach out after confirming that I did request those areas. At this point I still haven’t had anyone contact me. I wouldn’t normally write a negative review but maybe other women shouldn’t consider massage envy for a prenatal massage.

I went in for a massage and I loved it! from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the staff was so sweet, offered me tea and explained how everything works. The massage I had was one of the best ones I have experienced, after my massage they explained their package they have, explained all the health benefits of massage i couldn’t resist the savings! The staff all around was great and I am glad they recommended the therapist who would fit my need for the massage! definitely try this place for massage and facials

I’m not one for going to get a massage. Usually, I just lean up against a corner and grind out a knot in my back or neck with brute force. I pulled/pinched/tore something near my left shoulder-neck region and I couldn’t get rid of it this time. I got a suggestion to try massage. Why not? Overall, the experience depends on how much you try to loosen up mentally and physically during the massage. I did what I could and it almost put me to sleep at some points. I left feeling much more comfortable, until I had to start dealing with the real world again. I’ll have to come back more often.
