I’m giving ME a 5 star rating solely based on my experience with Jennifer, the therapist. She is absolutely amazing. I’m disappointed with scheduling though and I would give ME a 2 star rating for this. Scheduling should be based upon CLIENT NEED. If a client wants a 90 minute service but it will effect the therapist’s end time, the client should get it. It would also be beneficial for corporate to consider taking insurance. This is getting very costly and I could easily go someplace who does accept my insurance but I have a loyalty to this therapist. It scares me to have someone else figure out my body and its needs which is why I stay. Financially, this might not be feasible for much longer.

I’ve had plenty of massages at various places over the years but this by far was the best experience thanks to my masseuse, Mary. She makes you feel extremely comfortable with her bubbly sense of humor, her kind presence and she actually listens to what areas of your body need a little more attention. For me, it was my lower back and Mary worked out all the knots, it was such a relief.

There was some confusion about my appointment time. They called and let me know I had missed it and would be charged the full price. The appointment was 11:15. I arrived by 11:30. They explained that I would not receive the full service which I understood. Pam started my massage around 11:40 and ended at 12:00. I feel that she could have at least gone 5 or 10 more minutes. The session was a 60 minute which should have ended at 12:15. Very disappointed.

Staff is really friendly. Massages are great. I started off with a gift to get a facial, i wound up signing up with a membership. They all are very helpful , and educated in what they do. Would absolutely reccomend!

Friendly greeting upon entrance, clean and tranquil waiting room. Pamela is amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had. Specifically came back just to see her. Always leave feeling relaxed and calm. Definitely recommend.

I used to love this place- now I can never ever get an appointment when I need one. It was understandable during covid but now its just absurd. The locations are not connected so you have to call each location to search around for open appointments. I work 9-5 and to get an appointment even after 4pm is difficult. I have no time to call different locations, it’s extremely frustrating especially because this is one thing I treat myself to to relax and its actually more stressful.

I enjoy getting massages here but I would never recommend Timothy. He talks a lot, does not do deep or medium pressure even if that’s what you asked for and just has a wierd routine of having to do everything in twos. Nothing against him but I won’t be asking for him. And the fact that I’m trying to use up my appointments that I have a ton of but they never have any opens should tell them to hire more employees or give us who are members a better chance to use or massages that we keep receiving but can never use.
