I am one of the owners at this location and I want to thank everyone who has posted a positive review tonight, I just want to clarify what happened today at our location. The woman that posted several nasty reviews did not have a gift card. She was trying to use someone else’s membership that was cancelled in March. She never had a gift card. Then her daughter and family went on and wrote negative reviews and were not even at the clinic today. The woman had a massage and refused to pay. We are very sympathetic to all of our guests and members. Gift cards do not expire, therefore if she had a gift card we would have used it. She did not allow us to come to any amicable resolution, she just refused to pay.

I am a member at massage envy Commack while waiting for my massage today I witnessed a lady being incredibly rude to the front desk girls. I never had an experience like this before at this location and that lady should be ashamed for the way she was talking. The staff was very professional and handled it very well considering the way the client was acting.

The massages are great if you can actually get one. I’m canceling my membership, I think it’s ridiculous I’m paying monthly fees and get can’t ever get an appointment unless I want to travel to a location over a half hour away from me. I don’t understand the perk of having a membership of you can’t book appointments. I haven’t been able to book a massage for over 4 months now.

my friend and I were in there for a massage waiting to go into our massage and there was a police officer there trying to get a woman to pay and from what I know she didn’t pay anything. I’ve been a member for a while and I’ve never had an issue. Great customer service all around, would highly recommend.

I went there a couple weeks ago for a stretching session and it helped me relax so much. It was my first time there and they really guided me with every steps. I also really like that they asked me what I was comfortable with prior to even going in the room with the privacy of an iPad. Therefore you don’t feel pressured and they followed exactly what I said.
