Made an appointment at this location 7 days prior to the date of appointment. The day of my appointment I went inside and checked in with the desk. The woman who was at the desk told me the massage therapist would be out in a couple of minutes to bring me in. I sat in the waiting room for around 15 minutes past my appointment time when a different woman came out and said “Your massage therapist was having car trouble and wasn’t able to do the appointment”. Don’t ask me how it went from how she would be right out to get me to her having car trouble. Before I left the location I thanked them for wasting my time and requested a manager to call me. It’s been over a month with zero calls from a manager. I guess now I know why massage envy has around 50 Class Action suits filed against them.

Massage Envy Garden City is my place for facial and massage. They have this cushion table warm up for you to lay down during your session(in summer I ask them to turn it off bec its too hot for me)If I need facial I ask for Olga or Rachele G. They both make me feel great, everytime. 60 min custom facial is worth it

I see Olga monthly for a customized facial. I have really acne prone skin and I’m in my late 20’s. I feel like I’ve tried everything and nothing has seemed to do the trick. I’ve gone to Olga 3 times so far and there is 100% a noticeable difference in my skin. I break out less, have smaller pores, and overall better texture. I would definitely recommend!! Also, the staff is super pleasant 🙂

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time by Raquel. She was very professional, taking her time and giving extra attention to my most targeted problematic areas, while also being mindful of the intensity. I would recommend her to everyone. The room was quiet and the table quite comfortable with a heated cushion. The whole experience was very relaxing indeed!!

Garden City Massage Envy recently renovated their facility. It looks very neat, clean & creates a soothing atmosphere. My massage therapist Annalisa was fantastic. She worked through all my trouble spots with firm pressure, but not to the point that it hurt. I felt so relaxed & loosened up. I would definitely recommend Annalisa.

My husband surprised me with a message here for my birthday and I definitely needed one. The staff greeting you at the front desk were very pleasant as was the lady who provided the message. She was very knowledgeable and informative. I think upper back messages may be her specialty because although I told her to focus on the lower back, she put a lot of emphasis on the upper back. The rest of my body was just a rub down. Really wish I could have gotten some attention on my lower back which was in need of a deep message. After the message, she let the guy at the front desk know that it was my birthday in which she stated that my upgrade should have been free. He didn’t mention anything about a reimbursement or discount. However, he didn’t hesistate to ask me for a tip. I thought that was totally tacky. I’m all for tipping good workers but tips are optional and if it’s not it should be included in the price. This is the 2nd time that I have been to a Message Envy and felt like I was being shaken down as soon as I entered the lobby. I think this practice should be stopped. It puts pressure on the customer who should be relaxing after a message and not surprised with someone begging for a tip. Needless to say I had my husband come back in and give a tip. This place has no class. I really miss The Red Door.

This was my very first massage and obviously I chose Massage Envy. My masseuse was Steven and he took great care of me while tending to my overworked shoulders and neck region. The girls at the front desk were welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be returning to Massage Envy to continue my self care. Thank you guys!
