Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to Massage Envy regularly for the past few years. Outstanding experience every time. Joyanne has been my massage therapist since the beginning. Prior to that I have had massages at many places for the past 30 years but JoyAnne is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had anywhere. I have been going to Massage Envy regularly for the past few years. Outstanding experience every time. Joyanne has been my massage therapist since the beginning. Prior to that I have had massages at many places for the past 30 years but JoyAnne is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had anywhere. Also, Barbara and the other people at the front desk are always so wonderful.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a great massage that was restorative while also getting some knots out. My massage therapist was vaccinated and they had info out about their covid procedures. I felt safe. Both of us had masks on and it was still relaxing. Price was also reasonable.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this Massage Envy for many years. I used to enjoy it and the services. When COVID hit they paused payments and now that they are “open” have reinstated the payments. The problem is you can never get an appointment, they are obviously grossly understaffed and my favorite facialist never came back after COVID. I now have 10 services racked up and can never use them because of lack of availability. You would think being a long time member would mean something, when I said I wanted to pause my membership to attempt to catch up, again they wanted to charge me. I have been going to this Massage Envy for many years. I used to enjoy it and the services. When COVID hit they paused payments and now that they are “open” have reinstated the payments. The problem is you can never get an appointment, they are obviously grossly understaffed and my favorite facialist never came back after COVID. I now have 10 services racked up and can never use them because of lack of availability. I enjoyed going to massage envy in Port Washington. We moved to Manhasset from the city. I was looking forward to finding a place nearby so I didn’t have to travel to the city for my massages. I’m glad I gave this place a chance. I’ve only used two therapists there – – Joy-Ann and Verdean. They know what they are doing. They ask questions every time to make sure you get the best service.
