I would highly recommend going to Massage Envy Garden City and NOT Lake Success. Just look at the Google reviews, I wish I would have! Lake Success seems to just want to fully book clients without taking into consideration the client preference. When discussing with the manager (Angela), she offered no resolution or accommodation to a poor “massage” received, other than to try a new person. Very poor communication and customer service. Garden City has over 300 reviews with a 4.6 rating, and Lake Success has less than 100 ratings at 4.0. When skimming through the reviews, I’ve noticed the same complaints.

I called ahead of my appointment, I spoke to a male whose name I didn’t get, sorry!, and all of my requests for accommodations to the bed set up (leg elevation cushions beyond the usually provided bolster or pillow) were met and ready for me before I arrived so that time wasn’t taken away from my appointment. I worked with Theron who was fantastic and very knowledgeable about my issues. I was treated very well by the front staff, shout out to Anna and Kayla. I am a member from another location but tried this site for the first time, and it was my first massage since before the pandemic, I will definitely be back. I called ahead of my appointment, I spoke to a male whose name I didn’t get, sorry!, and all of my requests for accommodations to the bed set up (leg elevation cushions beyond the usually provided bolster or pillow) were met and ready for me before I arrived so that time wasn’t taken away from my appointment. I have been a member of the Massage Envy in Lake Success, New York for several years and have never been disappointed. Anna and John, the owners, have created a safe and relaxing environment for their clientele. The decor in the lobby/reception area as well as the private rooms and common areas inspire calm and warmth. Your stress and tension immediately flows away upon entry of their establishment.

My masseuse was amazing. He did a wonderful job, gave some holistic tips for my migraines (with the disclaimer he is not a doctor) and generally made sure I was extremely comfortable. Again, really wonderful experience. I give it a 4 because although I payed top dollar for this 60 minute massage, we did not start until 11 after the hour, yet it ended promptly at 3:59, giving me a 50ish minute massage. At the rate they are charging they either owe me 20% of my money back for those 12 minutes I sat in the waiting room rather than on the table, or another 12 minutes of massage time. For the price, it didn’t seem to hit the mark. I personally would have considered the package being sold at the end if not for the 48 out of 60 minutes of service. Again, the quality of the masseuse- ALMOST worth grossly overpaying… but not.

I never ever do reviews but I HAD to do a review for here. First off it was my first time EVER doing a facial and massage, I was SUPER nervous. Kerryann did my massage and she has a soft and calming tone and manner about her. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and did a amazing and relaxing experience. She was incredible I really don’t have words to describe how professional and calming she was. Diana who did my facial was also incredible. She took her time and help address my issues I have with my face. She even had to me touch my face to confirm I was happy with the hydration in my face, incredible. She went through what skin care products and what AND when to do certain skin care products. She was nice, sweet and calming as well. I was REALLY nervous about my visit but combined with front desk, which were also incredibly nice, helpful, understanding and sweet and Kerryann and Diana I was simply blown away by the professional and informative information I received. I would 300% recommend to EVERYONE.

Critical: ProfessionalismQuite frankly, I find 1 star to be too kind. I made my husband an appt for a 60 min. massage at 12:30pm today for 2:15pm. I gave my cc number over the phone to secure the appt though no one mentioned that we would be charged for the whole service if we cancelled even though the appt was less than 2 hrs away. My husband is a first responder and got a call from a coworker about 30 mins before his appt saying he tested positive for covid. Since he works very closely with this person we decided it would be safer for us to cancel. When I called, Anna (Supposedly the manager) was very rude and said we would be charged for the whole service even after I explained the situation. I asked her if she would rather he just come in even though he’s most likely positive. She said yes. Not only was this woman INCREDIBLY rude and insensitive, but she clearly has no regard for the safety of her staff either. Will not ever be returning. I will write a follow up review once I hear back from the corporate office to let everyone know how they rectified the situation if they did so at all.Quite frankly, I find 1 star to be too kind. Quite frankly, I find 1 star to be too kind. I made my husband an appt for a 60 min. massage at 12:30pm today for 2:15pm. I gave my cc number over the phone to secure the appt though no one mentioned that we would be charged for the whole service if we cancelled even though the appt was less than 2 hrs away. I came here on my birthday and left hysterically crying. I had an appointment for a 60 minute massage and a 60 minute facial that I had scheduled about 3-4 weeks in advance.
