I have not had experience with Massage Envy yet so I will reserve my opinion until after I visit. However, upon reading reviews I am concerned about the membership aspect. I was considering joining but I think I will try the experience first before committing. Also, FYI when I called to book within business hours the salon was closed and the voicemail said the salon does not open until DECEMBER. This could hurt business as it confused me and I almost didn’t call back. I did advise the receptionist {who was pleasant)and she told me this has been a problem that no one has been able to fix since 2015. Well, I plan to try the salon and hope my experience allows me to give a glowing review.

Management horrible! at massage envy located at 215 larkin dr, monroe, ny 10950. I spoke to katherine on the phone about my contract and she immediately became rude and gave me attitude for no reason. Then when i told her to calm down. There’s no reason for attitude. She accused me of being rude and hung up the phone on me. Which is very rude and unprofessional… especially as a manager. With that said i highly recommend going somewhere else for a massage. Never sign a contract with them because you will be locked in. Which is my case til aug. ENJOY THE FREEOM TO COME AND GO AS YOU PLEASE! In addition two of the workers were arguing while I was there with my daughter. Right in front of management and management said nothing to them. If you are stuck in a contract i highly recommend going to another massage envy location til it’s up and never sign again. I will spread the word about them as much as i can.

Just had a 30 minute assisted stretch with Marie and a 60 minute back facial with Olivia. Cannot give them enough praise. Was a gift from my wife.
