Ive been waiting since 9/12 to get a gift card issue resolved. Ive been calling every day and I get the same response “ someone will call you back, my manager isn’t here” no one calls me back. I paid out of pocket for a service that I didn’t need to bc there are funds in the gift card. Theres never a manager or an associate manager around to help resolve this issue that isn’t even that big. Ive called guest relations and again unhelpful. I would not recommend spending money at this location or any massage envy

Yasmine was so nice when I arrived. She walked me through the evaluation and made suggestions where I was unsure of which services I wanted. Irina was an amazing massage therapist. I had a lot of stress knots in my neck, shoulders and back and she untied them all! The room was very relaxing as was the warmed massage table! I’ve already recommended her!

Massage envy is very expensive. There are many better in the town cheaper and professional. Specially they should have a best behavior customer service girls on the counter.I brought one of my friend for massage and he appreciated to one of the black girl on the counter saying you have a beautiful skin in reply she said thanks but she turned at me and said why do you have a dark circles under your eyes? I was shocked and still wondering why she had to tell me this when I have not even mansion anything about my dark circles ? She had a bad attitude through out. I brought 5 people to Massage envy. I didn’t expect this kind of behavior from a receptionist. I thought I live close by let me go to the nearest one. I thought the owner is Patel and I am Patel so she should be good. But I was surprised!!!

I was in a pinch and went here to get a nice massage. I got Esther and it was very unprofessional. From the moment it started she put a towel over my head and it was all downhill. Her technique was very unprofessional and it felt like a complete waste. I’ve been a member of ME for years and this was the worst of all massages. I would stay clear of Esther. Also I couldn’t understand her English and I don’t think she could understand well either. She just kept asking “pressure ok” then at the end very oddly, she said pressure ok and walked out of room. I felt robbed of a good massage and did let the front desk know and they said I’m not the first to report this. Just sharing an honest feedback because I can rave about other therapist from ME and I only like to go there.

I booked an appointment with Esther for 7:30pm. When I showed up, they said that my appointment wasn’t there and had been booked over. I had confirmation and everything. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend. Someone warned me about them but they’re the closest facility to me. Will definitely not be back.
