Christine is amazing, best facials! The desk staff is tough, and if you don’t call to cancel 5 hours ahead, they will dock you, but that’s because they are booked more than most massage envy’s, and provide services that are better than most around.

Critical: ProfessionalismI usually like massage envy and I don’t usually post reviews.. however I just had to make note that my recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth with the front desk staff. One girl (Kait?) was harshly talking down to another in relation to learning the system and clearly making her upset. I usually like massage envy and I don’t usually post reviews.. however I just had to make note that my recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth with the front desk staff. One girl (Kait?) was harshly talking down to another in relation to learning the system and clearly making her upset. It was a very uncomfortable experience as a client being helped and I hope future staff are being trained with respect and compassion.

If you want one mediocre massage once a month for 12 months get a membership. Oh and when you try to cancel they give you the run around, charging you for more months than you signed a contract for. This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time. I’ve gotten better massages off Groupon. Never going back.

The staff here is top notch – from the front desk to the therapists. If you visit be sure to ask for Amy, Jaquie, or Melissa. They’re excellent therapists and have saved me from plenty of back pain and tightness.

I have been trying to cancel my membership since November 2019. Then i was told I have to make 1 more month payment in December. I don’t understand why, but whatever 1 more payment and I’m done. Now my bank statement says they taking a fee again in January 2020. Supposedly I need a cancelation form signed. Except they never send it to you. so how will someone cancel? You are plainly robbing my bank account and hiding behind this letter form that you never send me. Beware people! They so nice you never see it coming!!!!!!!
