Massage Envy

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went to this place one time, when I got out of my massage they got me to sign something. It turns out they had me sign a year of massages. I was so confused by just having a massage I did not know what I signed!?!? I have been fighting them since! My American Express card was amazing and put a freeze along with returning my money. THEY THEN CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT APPROVAL!!! I don’t even know how they got it!!! They’re now saying they will not be able to refund me. I went to this place one time, when I got out of my massage they got me to sign something. It turns out they had me sign a year of massages. I was so confused by just having a massage I did not know what I signed!?!? I have been fighting them since! My American Express card was amazing and put a freeze along with returning my money. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismI like Mat. He’s good, not to hard, not to soft. He asks what you like and does it. He pays attention to my problem areas and asks if I want him to stay there longer or move on to the next area. I like to be told when my massage is close to the end and he lets you know with out asking him to do that. You would think that would just be an automatic thing, but he’s the only one I’ve had that actually does that.The place is clean and quiet. The only problem I have, is my nose tends to get stuffy and my throat gets dry, maybe some humidifier’s would help.Sam works the desk, she’s great! I like Mat. He’s good, not to hard, not to soft. He asks what you like and does it. He pays attention to my problem areas and asks if I want him to stay there longer or move on to the next area. I like to be told when my massage is close to the end and he lets you know with out asking him to do that. I appreciated the fact that she already knew my name walking in, to me that means the receptionists are attentive to the customers walking in and out. Rachel my massage therapist was very friendly as well. Took the time to listen to me. I didn’t feel rushed as well. Walking into the establishment I was greeted with a smile. I appreciated the fact that she already knew my name walking in, to me that means the receptionists are attentive to the customers walking in and out. Rachel my massage therapist was very friendly as well. Took the time to listen to me. I didn’t feel rushed as well. I would definitely go back and refer to friends and family!
