Best massage Ive ever gotten with Nina! Place is clean and professional. 4 stars instead of 5 because my 2nd massage there was almost double the price of my first. Apparently it was a 1 time promotional price. Discount if your a member but with a monthly fee that covers 1 massage, included with membership. Worth it if you truly need healing and relaxation.

I had a back injury from a car accident. After over 15 years of suffering from back spasms and horrible migraines I finally decided to go the Message Envy. I thank God I did. After going each week for a month and as each week passed I began to feel much better. By the time 3 months went by my migraines left. My back spasms were almost non existent. It was fantastic. To be without discomfort after 15 years of suffering. I go for maintenance massage therapy now. So when things get tough and you feel like junk. Life is getting to you I highly suggest getting a massage. Better than any vacation and it’s right near by. What’s great is they are friendly, helpful and hear your body concerns. I have more than one therapist in case my regular therapist is not there. They give a fantastic facial, aroma therapy message, couples appointments. Great gift certificates. What’s great is they have therapy for water retention in the legs. How great is that. Time to get a healthcare worker a gift card. The front end staff are the best!!! They phone you a reminder the day before. Normally there is a relaxation room for waiting but presently it is not available because of Covid restrictions. Be prepared to have your temperature taken before you enter and receive your massage. They even have the products you receive for sale!! Awesome! I had a great time and feel the best ever.

I booked this appointment today as a Mother’s day treat for myself. Very disappointed in the customer service as well as the massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage and wind up paying to get my body moisturized!! I asked the masseuse if she could go deeper. She said sure but did not do so. I was huffing and puffing the whole time to also hint that I was disappointed!!! Nothing changed!!! I told the 2 ladies at the desk about my terrible experience and they did nothing. The one girl so well there nothing I can do about that and continued taking my payment. I have been here 3 times total with no issues. This was by far the WORSE mother’s day massage ever!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure!!!

I haven’t had a facial in 3 years, and even longer for a massage. I’m in the industry as well and my back was full of knots. I had a car accident in 2012 so have many pinched nerves, etc. Dorothy made me feel like a new person!! I don’t have any aches or pains since I got my massage (which is abnormal!) Lorie did my facial and my skin looks amazing!! She didn’t rush or anything! I honestly was reluctant to go her from past experiences but had a gift card and figured I’d give it ONE LAST CHANCE! I’m definitely going back, especially to those two. Don’t listen to those other negative reviews, they have a new staff, the receptionist is new and was worried I would get upset with her getting used to the system. Everyone has to start somewhere! She was nice throughout the whole time and made sure everything was correct.

Really was nervous to visit during covid, but the environment looked clean and smelled clean. Reception not so hot more concerned with her cell phone than us. We both had different masseuse but we both thought they were friendly, safe and thorough. Congrats again on the twins!!!

My fiance scheduled me a prenatal massage here a few months ago as a treat, though the massage it self was good, I do not like their scamming gimic for returning customers. The price we were told was around $60, no one mentioned this was a first time offer. so fast forward a few months later when I decided to return for a 2nd massage the price was doubled! They give you a great first price but dont inform you its a 1 time offer to get you to come back and scam you with doubling the price, at that point the massage was not worth it for that price and I scheduled somewheres else that offers their “introductory price” for every single visit. Front desk staff isn’t very friendly either no complaints to the masseuse just the business.

When you enter their establishment, they are so courteous and nice. Once you sign the agreement, they are wonderful for about a month. After your first appointment, the service begins to diminish. After your third appointment, they act like they are doing you a service. The worst customer service and the owner is no better. After problems with the manager, the owner did not have the courtesy to contact me. Beware of get them signed up and give me them horrible massages and no service afterwards. STAY AWAY!

I have been going to this massage envy for ma y years now. The customer as ice is expected excellent! The front desk are Always curtious and kind. I have never had a bad expirence. I have had many many massages and this place ranks up with or better than red door or Mariott as well as the casinos and Maui. So whom ever wrote a bad review must have not been here or is a generally negative person. Props to Chrissy and Todd. As well as many more. Tightly run ship with experienced manager and assistant manager. Keep up the best massage envy EVER.

I had called to schedule myself and two friends for massages on a Friday morning at 11am. after three phone call attempts at such time, I was unable to achieve getting a real life rep on the phone. After waiting 10 minutes on hold the first time I called and then hung up on, I called back to be greeted by a message saying that massage envy reps were unavailable to take my call and to please leave a message. How is this possible at 11am on a Friday morning that no reps are available to answer the phone not once over a half an hour period? I hope the massages are better than the customer srvc seems to be.

Had my appointment yesterday , and it was amazing . From walking into the door the two young ladies at the desk were amazing, friendly and didnt rush me even though i walked in 5 min late….. They made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything well. Great Customer Service. My therapist Awilda , was amazing, made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. She stayed an extra hour just to make my first time experience amazing.! I will be referring my friends and family to see her. I wish i could stay with her , but unfortuntaly due to a personal concern i will have to see Betsy which i heard is great as well and cant wait. But will most likely bring my friends and family to Awilda. Thanks for the excellant service . and Thank you Awilda for going out of your way for me!
