What ever you do, DON’T PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP!! This is a great place for a gift visit. Other than that, they are not and have not been able to honor appointments. I have paid for SEVERAL months ($80/month) without service just to be told there’s nothing they can do. They just told me they left a message in June to cancel an October service because the staff member quit. Like, why not hire someone to cover your appointments? Or make more than one call to remedy the problem? Or mention this while I’m there? I WAS THERE twice since the June call and they said NOTHING! Why not reimburse MEMBERS for missed appointments that the business causes?SOMETHING!!!

Maria did my first facial in April, my first chemical peel back in June and my second chemical peel yesterday. She’s amazing; so educated and delicate with my skin. She has such an amazing energy and is so helpful and polite. I really appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness and knowledge of the staff. I got a membership and I’m so happy that I did because this is my favorite place to treat myself. I had to put off coming to Massage Envy for while for several reasons and am just getting back. I am so glad to be back and had a great experience with a 90 minute massage with Samuel. He took all the initial information I gave him and went to work on the knots that I had. I left feeling so much better. Everyone is so friendly and always professional, I am so glad to have returned to a membership with Massage Envy.

I visit this Massage Envy monthly for services from Maria and Sam. Maria is a fabulous esthetician and Sam is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. They both take pride in their work. They listen to my concerns and requests. They make me feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after my sessions with them. They make the membership package worth the cost. I’ll continue to visit this Massage Envy as long as Maria and Sam are working here!
