The people and place is amazing. I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for a very long time. They took the time to explain how the new system works. Tammera my therapist is amazing. She knew exactly how to give a relaxing massage. Her pressure is perfect. I was a bit nervous because I broke both my arms in June. She was fantastic my arms felt great after my massage. If you’re looking to get a great massage I highly recommend The Florham Park Massage Envy.

I have been a member at Massage Envy for over 7years. Always liked this place, but unfortunately after Covid things changed. A lot of good masseuses and facial specialists left. They are changing faster that I even can figure out who to chose for next time. And with those who I like and still there is hard to get appointments with in the evening after 7pm or weekends. Membership prices are up, but I keep collecting my sessions because can’t get use of them. Currently using them for massages with Danielle as she is great, but unfortunately very hard to get an appointment with her on weekend as well. I don’t feel that front desk help and survive as good as it was before. Few of my appointments were mixed up on dates and time. For now decided to cancel my membership.

I was looking forward to a relaxing 90 minute massage, the day after Thanksgiving. I booked online and have always had a great experience. My therapist used very intense and painful massage and despite my continued requests to lighten the intensity, she did not. At one point the pressure was so painful I had tears. I really should have just ended the massage early. I would recommend her for deep tissue and therapeutic massage – she knew what she was doing. However, I will not be a repeat customer. I was quite upset by the time the message ended. As she bid me goodbye after she said, “You will be sore tonight…you should ice.” Not the massage I had hoped for in any way.

The massage itself with Terrance was good however the service at Massage Envy in Florham Park was extremely poor. I had previously purchased a package from a different location and when I called to schedule here they confirmed that I could in fact use my credits for the appointment I was scheduling—had this asked and verified two separate ways. When I went to check out I was told they weren’t in fact transferable and charged me in full. The receptionist I had scheduled the appointment with had admitted to my face and her manage she had told me differently and none seemed remotely sorry. The assistant manager I dealt with was extremely rude and it was very obviously client satisfaction is not a concern of theirs. A good massage turned into an overall very bad experience and I won’t be returning again.

My therapist, Tammara, was amazing, detailed, and provided a comfortable and effective massage. Daniela is another therapist I’ve experienced and she is also excellent. Daniela regularly checked on pressure and I left feeling less upper body tension. The facility is conveniently located and clean. The staff is friendly and professional.

Terrance gives a great massage and is extremely knowledgeable about all the muscles and their function. I suffer from chronic pain, fibromyalgia and herniated discs in my neck and back so I walked in there with knots in my neck, back and shoulders and extremely tight muscles all over. That being said I have to be careful with whom I can trust to give me a massage that would not further injure me. I walked out of there feeling as great as one could with my ailments. He suggested stretches and home care to aid in keeping my muscles from spasming so often. I would highly suggest seeing him if you are in need from chronic pain relief or just a relaxing massage.
