The 5 stars are for Yaelsy and Stefan, both are great! Only one star for front desk staff since I called two days ago to move our Sept couples massage to Dec and was told Rockaway location is CLOSING OCT 15, 2022. Some of the staff are going to Morris Plains but their schedules are not available yet to request them. If you have massages scheduled in advance why wouldn’t you call people to reschedule them elsewhere. Everyone knows you cannot get last minute massages especially if you have particular masseuses you like.

I have visted this location several times this year and overall the experiences were acceptable. The facility was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the masseuses were good at what they did, but I never felt that they were going above and beyond for customers as I have felt elsewhere.

Don’t go to this location! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The so called manager called to cancel within 1 hrs of appt, could care less that I (an over 3 yr customer) was upset! Refused to schedule my remaining sessions so that I could cancel. Refused to help in any way, demanded I leave, called the police trying to get me arrested cuz I refused to leave without a refund or scheduled sessions so that I can cancel my acct. Read massage therapist never get the tips you leave unless you hand them the money directly… If u have a membership their, you can go to any other location, save the trouble and headache don’t go to this location, My wife and I will never return!!

The lady at the counter was very nice. She was busy but didn’t rush me, I had a few questions. It was my first time there and was wanting to set up facials for 3 people at the same time. She worked with the schedule to accommodate me. Definitely will be back.

I strongly recommend Emily for any skin care needs. I originally came in wanting an immediate Chem peel. Emily helped me prep for the skin peel within 2 appointment and I finally got my peel yesterday! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding of your daily lifestyle and what you can do to keep up with your skin while being active. I can’t wait to see her again!

Yaelsy was Great! The massage was very relaxing and she was able to relieve a lot of tension. My problem is not with the masseuse but with the staff. This is the second time at this location where when showing up with wires seem to have been crossed. For the last two months I was to have a couples massage with my girlfriend. Last month they apologized by saying that there had been a mistake and we were both in separate rooms. So, they promised us that this month that we would have a couple massage and that they were sorry for the mis communication. Upon arriving this month we were told that due to uprising of Covid that they could not accommodate us for a couple massage. Why doesn’t the staff inform their patrons by phone before coming in that restrictions have once again resumed. They should tell you prior so that you have the option of cancelling prior. Instead they spring it on you upon arrival and if you cancel then and there they still charge you. This seems to be a problem at several of their locations if not all. I’m becoming very disgusted with their practices. I have had really no problems with the masseuses though. I can give the Yaelsy a 5 but the people running the locations a 1 star. After I’m done with this massage package I most likely will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible service. The employees there do not know what they are doing. I was put on hold 3 times for a simple transfer of session. Then when i addressed this issue she wanted to go on and be rude creating excuses for why i was receiving such bad service. I have gone to many locations and the Rockaway location seems to be the worst. No professionalism and no organization.
