I have been a long time client of ME and have been highly satisfied with their service, massage, or facial pampering. With my schedule, I think I pretty much had every Massage therapist. Recently, it was with Michelle and she did amazing in relaxing my body. Same day, I introduced my husband to Alicia for a facial. Alicia was so professional and gentle with a first-timer like him. He was so happy with the results, softening his skin and feeling refreshed, that he ended up opening his own account. I highly recommend this facility for your relaxation and pampering needs! They are beyond five stars for me and my family.

Every month I get a fantastic facial from Alisha!! My skin is always glowing!! I’ve been coming to Massage Envy Marlboro for over 10 years at least twice a month for a 1 and a 1/2 hour massage. Angela, Tatiana and Erin are great!!!

To be honest didn’t like the facial with this aesthetician Alicia , She was very rude and rough. She wanted me to do microdermabrasion but didn’t told me that she will not do the neck and décolleté massage with that. She spent 10+ minutes of my facial time sitting doing nothing and I just didn’t felt that I had any good service done. My face look exactly the same after facial which was just the cleaning with the machine. She didn’t put any mask, or any other product on my face at all.

I feel bad giving 3 stars to this place because honestly Alicia who did my facial was super nice and answered all my questions. The place was clean and peaceful to stay there until they started offering me products and packages of their services! I wanted to pay my services and leave but the lady in the front desk couldn’t stop telling me that I should get the package she wanted me to get!! This was my first time at this place because I usually go to Freehold location and for a moment I considered it getting that ‘famous’ package! But then when I asked if I was going to be able to use it in a different location, I was told that they are different owners and I can only use it in this place!! Since I was not thinking to go back I was like.. why should it get it?? And when I would try to explain to the lady that I was not expecting to spend that amount of money in this visit, she was only replying that that package was convenient for me and They were only 5 extra min driving from Freehold.! That honestly that was not my point.! Never again!
