Update: Danielle the manager called me and gave me a solution. She was really nice and clear to me. Seems to be this whole thing was a staffing issue. She never knew. If you ever have a problem, just go straight to her, otherwise staff members will just make your wait longer and longer.

She always demonstrated compassion and empathy. I got a membership and started getting massages by Nick. Let me tell you, he Is the best! I always get a deep tissue massages. He really gets in there, where your knots and pressure points are. I have gotten a lot of deep tissue massages in the past, but Nick is the top… if you want a professional, great deep tissue massage, he’s your man! He always is professional and considerate. Everyone was so professional. I was greeted right away by Danielle at the front desk and her coworkers. Danielle was very professional. Charles was the staff member who took me in for my appointment. I just had my first ever facial with Charles. It was an absolutely amazing experience! Additionally, Charles created such a trusting and safe environment and explained each and every product he used on my face thoroughly but without making someone feel overwhelmed. He was courteous, funny, and overall an amazing person. Since it was my first facial, I had NO idea what to expect and it wasn’t too long before I started to feel right at home. I will most definitely be booking with Charles again as well as making my next appointment with him.
