I’ve been going to ME for many years and have had several masseuses but never as good as I’ve experienced for almost a year now with Alicia. She always pinpoints where I’m having an issue (without me having to tell her) and comments accordingly and identifies the muscles. I could not pick another therapist that’s even a close second to her based on the many, many massages I’ve had at ME in the past few years. She is the best!

Customer service is absolutely terrible at this location. I was contacted and asked if I wanted to have a session since my preferred massage therapist is available. I selected from the times they gave me only to find out the therapist was fully booked when I called back to confirm. I’m so confused as to why they would reach out to book an appointment for a client only to leave the client hanging. This is just one of multiple incidents I’ve had with them to include membership transfer and billing issues. Horrible!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI haven’t had a facial since the beginning of Covid, my face was irritated and dehydrated. Halyna did a phenomenal job! My face is glowing and I feel brand new! She was gentle, professional and kind. She made the experience so pleasant! I already have my next session with her scheduled. I highly recommend!

I have never been to a Massage Envy location before, but I was given a gift card 2 years ago so decided to finally use it. I had the first appointment slot at 9:30 and I waited 45 min outside in the cold with another client and worker (who didn’t have a key). No one came to open the business. I left a voicemail after waiting and they didn’t have the decency to return my call. When I finally called again hours later they weren’t willing to do anything and could only reschedule me 2 weeks later. Receptionist said they would have the owner call me back but it’s been about 2 weeks and haven’t heard anything. I will be going to another location. Hopefully that goes better.

The receptionist was very attentive, professional and helpful. My appointment was on a rainy. Thursday I had Robert as a masseuse. I explained my problem area and he really focused on them. He was a wonderful conversationalist, which is a first for me. I hate dead silence when getting a massage, I’m more relaxed talking. I felt like I was on Cloud 9 after. I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy. It was a rainy day and have been suffering from stress knots on my neck. The receptionist was very attentive, professional and helpful. My appointment was on a rainy. Thursday I had Robert as a masseuse. I explained my problem area and he really focused on them. He was a wonderful conversationalist, which is a first for me. I went in on 9/12 to purchase a 60 min massage as a gift for my husband’s 50th birthday. I was told that considering he hasn’t been there in 10 years, he was eligible for a lower price. $60 for a 60 minute massage & $74 for a 90 minute massage. 2 employees helped me & they even confirmed with a manager that they were giving me the correct pricing. So I purchased what I thought was 90 minute massage for $74. He went in on 9/24 (less than 2 weeks later) and only received a 60 min massage. When I called to ask why his massage was cut short, they told me it was because I purchased a gift card, not a 90 minute massage. They said that their introductory rate had just gone up & $74 wouldn’t cover a 90 min massage. They also said that he wouldn’t have been eligible for the original price the employees gave me on 9/12 anyway because he wasn’t a member. It’s just bad business not to honor what I was told by 3 different employees less than 2 weeks ago. So please do your homework and know exactly you’re getting when walk in there to purchase a massage! BUYERS BEWARE!

Literally worst massage over ever gotten in my life. When I tell you I get massages all the time and this particular massage from two weeks ago made my back, neck, shoulders hurt so much for days I was in pain for about 4 days. To top it off the massage was supposed to be firm and I literally felt barely any firmness at all except for when the masseuse gripped the hell out of both my shoulders for about 10-15 seconds.
