Paula is AMAZING. I avoid memberships to anything/everything (!!!) but after 2 massages and a stretch session w/Paula, I signed up w/Massage Envy. Paula is really calming and intuitive about finding trouble spots, and just telling her a little bit about my lifestyle & recent stressors always results in a very effective massage. I had my third one plus a stretch session with Paula yesterday & left feeling great — rested & relaxed, not exhausted or pummeled. (Sometimes I do want deep tissue & pressure that hurts; Paula’s way doesn’t hurt, but she is strong.) She is also open to requests or guidance to a particular spot, something I’ve always been timid about. I recommend the stretch session first — great for taking time to think about this part of self-care. In all, session with Paula feels like a genuinely healing experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Donovan is amazing! I did not go to ME for relaxation… I went because I had intense pain and spasms in my back. He listened and went to work. This was a full therapeutic massage. I can stand up straight again! I’m so grateful. I’m sure he can do a relaxing massage as well- but not everyone can actually heal severe cramping and spasms! I will be back! Ever grateful!

Greeted warmly as I was checked in at the front desk. Steven, my service provider was waiting for me and also greeted me warmly. My massage was awesome. We discussed my problem areas beforehand and then Steven communicated with me to assess pressure, etc.

I actually go to 2 different locations since I enjoy therapists at both. The locations are always well maintained, and seem to be well managed. Both locations even look very similar. Though the desk staff will occasionally see if you’re interested in promotions or something, they never push you to buy anything, which is nice.
