This was my first time at Massage Envy and it definitely will not be my last! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and was greeted so kindly by the front desk. The manager is simply amazing and really took the time to listen and make sure that my needs were met. My masseuse Miguel was marvelous! His technique and skills were so soothing and I felt relaxation instantly. He made the stress and tension disappear with ease. I could go on and on but I will just say if you haven’t been to this establishment, what are you waiting for! Lol. I highly recommend Massage Envy in Garwood. Thank you for making my birthday relaxing!

When I walked in I was greeted by Alba at the front desk. Very sweet and pleasant. I had an amazing stretch session yesterday with Priscilla. She educated me on different things I can do to help my pain issues. Priscilla was easy to talk to and open to my questions. When I was done Alba spent some time explaining how the membership works. I will definitely come back for another stretch as well as a massage.

Antony is amazing masseuse and I would recommend him to everyone. Unfortunately, today will be the last session I have with this Massage Envy. I had remaining massages from my membership with another Massage Envy that closed. I had 4 massages remaining, I used 2 90-minute massages and had a 60-minute session to finish out my remaining massages, so I thought. When my session finished I was told that I had to pay the non member rate. Now of course this is unless I would sign up for another membership. I was told this was due to a session I had to reschedule (due to an emergency) 2 weeks prior and because I rescheduled that session within a 24 hour period; they told me today I lost one of my sessions I had remaining. I was never told this by anyone I spoke to when it came to scheduling my last session. Of course it would have been nice to have been told I would have to pay $140 dollars unexpected versus what I had already paid for my membership. It really feels like this was done to entice me to sign up for another membership to receive a discount. I was told by one of the front desk reps that it was in the contract that that’s what happens if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. I think it was just very inconsiderate way to handle paying customers. Needless to say, that is the last cent Massage Envy especially at the Garwood location is getting out of me.

My massage therapist was great yet not receptionist. So much for relaxation. After my massage I checkout with daisy, the reception and she charges me another $30! Nothing to do with my tip. I ask why and don’t get a clear answer… something because my membership was initiated in another place, I’m still not understanding and asked if a manager or owner would me to explain. Several days later I’m still waiting. I didn’t receive any email or phone calls on this change. That’s a huge ethical concern and the terrible management. It’s a shame as the therapist is terrific.

Excellent Stretch. Went for the 60 minutes and every minute was pure relief. My Stretch Therapist was named Jovial and he was a knowledgeable and well trained therapist. He explained what was being stretched and how it would done everytime. He asked what areas of my body might need more attention than others. (Lower back, legs, core etc…) The stretches were slow, extremely effective and I left feeling fantastic. I recommend Jovial 100% if you’re looking for any type of body therapy.

Jovial was amazing. Once he is finished with your massage your whole body feels rejuvenated. Only concern is that he is always booked. You can never get another appointment with him for weeks. He is the best at his job.

Zannaydi is extremely professional and gives an amazing massage. I am fully relaxed during my whole appointment/borderline asleep. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I signed up for their monthly membership and I will be back every month for a massage!
