A good business practice and customer friendly would be to state the rules at the time of appointment or should be mentioned in your automated confirmation message including the Covid form. I had a 60mn massage booked for today. I was caught up with a business call and was late. On my way to ME I called to notify you and was informed that ME will only honor the remainder of the session. I asked to reschedule and was told, no as I needed a 24 hr notice. By the time I arrived, fill out the forms, waited for the technician to start, I ended up having a 30mn session instead of 60mn. To be noted the technician ended her session over 5 mn earlier.

Roberto in this location is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Not only was he rude to me he called my sister ( who is not only disabled but A MASSAGE ENVY MANAGER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION) a derogatory word when she came with me and offered to help because HE didn’t know how to run a HSA card. Me my mother my grandmother my sister and best friend and husband All have memberships and we are not only never coming to this location again all 5 of us, I’m thinking of taking other actions. I work for a fertility practice and we refer ALL of our patients here. More than half of my patients are clients in this location. I will be notifying them on Roberto treats women. I already contacted the better business bureau. Not only has massage envy lost 5 faithful clients, this location has lost my respect all together as staff is reflection of the owner. Very disappointed.

Edgewater Massage Envy is excellent. I’ve been coming here for years and see Stephanie for my facials and microdermabrasion. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time explaining what she is doing and the condition of your skin. Highly recommend!
