The service was great yesterday!! Sammy was amazing. I came a little late but she managed to still do both the facial and massage. She is really good with facials and taught me something’s about my skin I did not know. She recommended me some products and I ended up buying one of the facial cream cleansers! I made another appointment so I’ll be back for more products! Genesis (receptionist) also was really accommodating and flexible when it came to giving me options since I was running late. The staff was great!!! Everything was was well organized and everyone was extremely friendly.

As always the Bayonne Massage Envy never disappoints. Whether you are going for a massage or a facial or need to speak to the front desk, it is always TOP NOTCH SERVICE. I went in this time for a facial, yesterday because I stopped smoking and was having a lot of blemishes and breaking out on my face. It was extremely dry and I had red patches everywhere. I explained this to the woman who was giving me a facial, (forgot her name but she was amazing,) and she took her time with helping me to get my skin back to where it was before I started detoxing. She assisted me with great products to continue hydrating my face, as well as the front desk associate who explained in detail what I needed and how to apply it. She explained how important drinking water was for the body especially while my body was detoxing. She really took her time with my facial and was telling me step by step what she was doing and she was even excited on how well my face looked in the end. Thank you for having such an amazing employee’s who genuinely care about your your well being.

I learned it’s not good to book appointments at the end of the day because the massage therapist is tired by that time. I not only filled out my focus points to work on my body I told him as well. He didn’t follow through despite bringing it up to him several times. Constantly yarning, no energy, telling me he was finish before my session was over. I was not satisfied with the service .
