Staff was friendly and polite and accommodated me the same day but the massage was underwhelming. I asked for more pressure but very light pressure was applied. The massage also started late (even though I was there 5 min early) and ended at the original end time – meaning I was given a 40 – 45 minute massage instead of the usual 50- 55 min (for one hour booking).

haven’t been able to get an appointment at this locations for months now. I am disappointed this location is so poorly organized. For example, the earliest appointment that is available from today (8/10) is on the 22nd and that’s at a time that I’m at work. The next appointment is at 2 and 3:15 on SEPTEMBER 13TH, and neither of those appointments are after traditional working hours.

Uni is more then a professional she is passionate and can read your body like a map. She focuses on target areas of pain points and coaches you to breath through her session as she works on problem areas. She’s a tough one to get booked with so if you can.. do it!

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with massage envy at the Brookfield location. I asked if I can transfer my already paid sessions to my mother and daughter for a gift and they said that was fine, and set up their appointments. When both of their sessions were finished they both were charged after the sessions were already paid for. I called massage envy to get them reimbursed but they refused. My girlfriend and I both canceled our memberships and will never go back. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Be careful dealing with this company. I think they’re desperate for business and take advantage of their customers!

Uni always knows just what to do to give that particular area just the right attention to provide some much needed relief. Another excellent experience today. Everyone at the front is always so friendly and helpful. My therapist Zach gave me a wonderful 60 minute massage today. He is so talented and strong. His extra firm pressure, which I needed, and his technique is perfection. I left feeling so relaxed. I have been a member for around 15 years and love Massage Envy.
