I went and was able to get a massage from Andrea G. The pressure was perfect, she was incredibly pleasant and fun to talk to and made me wish I booked 90 mins instead of 60. I always find it awkward to just be quiet and she was more than happy to oblige with conversation. I’d say she gave one of the best massages I’ve had and she was by far the easiest to converse with.

I do not want to give even one star. Terrible experience at massage envy last night. My masseuse had a the air purifier machine on and despite my request to turn the volume down she refused to do it. Secondly, she arrived 10 minutes late. My massage started at 4:41 pm and ended at 5:25 I’m. Thirdly, I had specifically asked her to focus on the legs but she did not do so. Fourthly, after the massage ended, I was left soaked in massage oil… Literally dripping. I showed it to the receptionist and then a towel was requested so that I could wipe the oil off my body. Sixthly, the massage itself was terrible. There was zero pressure. I spent $125 for a very lousy experience.

Typical massage chain. The therapists are great but they push products on customers. The products are so expensive however I did buy them and figured I’d give it a shot. After using them, i’m not sure if they actually work. Get the massage but save your money when it comes to the products.
