Very relaxing place to get a massage and they have lots of additional services to add to your experience. My favorite scent is the energize scented orange to add to the oil. You can also add foot services with warm wahcloths and rubs, and the new vibration tool gets deep into the muscle where some therapist just cant reach without this tool. It makes for a much more relaxing time and really relieves my tired sore achy muscles after a long day at work.

I have had various levels of experience with massage envy. However, I must praise massage therapist Eben. He is top notch in all ways. He can do a full massage in an hour. Given an hour and a half with the freedom to choose what area needed the most work, he was spot on. In the past I had an excellent therapist that retired. I am looking to have someone that has a good method and instinct. Even fits the bill.

This review is not a reflection of the staff, but to share my terrible and frankly bad business experience. I signed up with a monthly membership with massage envy. After signing up and not having high quality massage experiences, I wanted to cancel my membership. I was told by management that I could not cancel this membership, but that I could pay out IN FULL the membership and then cancel. This is just preposterous to me. This last year I have had so much difficulty scheduling an appointment, that I have pretty much given up. It has come up in conversation with my own clients that they were members as well and couldn’t get an appointment for months. You would think given the change in businesses due to the pandemic, that these memberships wouldn’t be so rigid. I was told that I signed a contract and that I could not get out of the contract. This just seems like really bad business. Especially considering that businesses are failing, people are making less money, and a self-care practice like bodywork just shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I would say buyer beware in regards to signing up for a monthly membership here.

July 23 2021, the fingers in my left hand went numb. Went to sleep and never really woke up. I had been to the Dr about it a couple of time with no answers. During my massage with Mary she maniplate my shoulders to loosen up some tension. One of the moves she did caused something to snap in the back of my upper arm. The feeling returned to my fingers! Mary was great.
