Walter had a wonderful technique that really helped relieve tension in my neck and back. I could barely move my neck when I walked in anc now I can roll it around with intense pain. I bought my mother a massage at this place and took 1 month to get an open spot for Sunday since she works during the week days. They called me 4 hours before the appointment to cancel because there employee called out. What kind of business takes a month to schedule you and just cancel hours before. They re -schedule my mom for 2 week later . Total of month and half to get a massage. On top of that when they call me to cancel they where no helpful at all they just try to impose me dates instead of work with my time. Horrible management . I recommend look for an small massage place not this big chain type of business is cheaper and better costumer service.

Not bad. I have a favorite therapist at another location but he wasn’t available. This therapist and I didn’t click. I felt they didn’t manage their time as I would have. Some areas were worked on too long and one side of my back wasn’t done as well because we ran out of time.

I truly enjoy my massages. Karen is amazing. She listens and does exactly what is needed for a relaxing massage. The only complaint I have is the new relaxation room. It is uncomfortable and less than relaxing. The old relaxation room they had was so much better. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful.

This was my first time ever getting a massage. Pam made me feel so calm and so relaxed to the point where I can finally breathe and put my shoulders down. Pam guides you through the whole process and asks if the pressures are okay and if you ask she will educate you on what she is doing. She was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be back!

Too much chit chat when registering which took time out of Massage, she kept massaging areas that weren’t the problem even after being redirected, and when asked if she could focus more on a specific area she stated that wasn’t her strongest area and to make an appointment with Nate. Massage wasn’t relaxing and when went to check out and make appointment with Nate, I was told Nate only sees his own clients and no one else. Better communication between your own staff would have helped with that frustration as well. Got the impression of a factory mentality to fill the opening, get paid, and get out. Client satisfaction definitely not priority. Dissatisfied with overall experience and will not be back.
