I’ve been a member since 2014 and Helen K is hands down the best massage therapist there for firm/deep pressure. She is very professional, knowledgeable and educates you on what she’s finding and the technique she uses. She knows exactly where to target to release tension from more than one area not just the one knot. I booked her 3 months out now because she’s always fully booked! Overall this location is good. Mostly always responsive to calls, they’re on time, clean, communicative, respectful, and professional. My only wish for this location is that they had more firm/deep therapists available. My biggest dislike of massage envy in general is that the prices have increased over the years with no notification to members (from $50 to $55 then $65 since 2014).

A good quality & relaxing full body massage. I signed up for the 6 month membership after having 1 massage, I knew I would want to come back. Yessenia consistently gives great massages, so relaxing. I appreciate that the room is nice and warm, quiet, and dark. During a massage she always checks in to ask if the pressure is okay, and you can tell she knows what she is doing. The location is great and the facility was clean. I had about 6 massages at this location. Most of the employees were great. One massage, which cost 120 $ for 50 minutes, was ridiculous. Fatima basically just slathered me with excessive amounts of oil and then just wiped her hands off in my hair without even asking if it was ok to do my head (I asked for a back and neck massage). I should NOT have had to pay anything for that experience. I can moisturize at home. I tried to address it with the desk and they said only management could help and to call the next morning. I called and no one answered the line, I tried several times throughout their business hours. Felt scammy.

I showed up on time to my scheduled massage, that I had to book weeks in advance, and was informed that my massage therapist was running “a few minutes behind”. I waited over 20 minutes and she still wasn’t there. When I went to consult with the front desk they didn’t have any updates to provide me and I had to leave since I had another appointment after that I wouldn’t make if I waited any longer.

I booked a 60 minute massage, showed up 10 mins early, completed the client survey and then waited- the masseuse didn’t even walk in the door to the building until after 10:00 (the time my massage was supposed to start). That seems rather deceptive- I paid for an hour massage, not 30 mins. It doesn’t seem fair that I should have to miss out on massage time because the masseuse was late/not prepared. I understand life happens, and I wouldn’t care she was running behind- but I shouldn’t have my massage nearly cut in half to accommodate. I am a member of massage envy for Over three years and never miss or cancel my monthly massage until once.they used to text me to remind me about my appointment and they stop doing that I do understand is my responsibility to know my appointments but this time I did count on that text message.They call me and said they going to charge me because I miss my appointment but never considered it was my first time to make any Exceptions. Iam canceling my membership and they can care less to lose a customer over one appointment. Recommendation is the key to successful business and I will not definitely recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism .

Went in for my Massage today for the first time, due to weather my car had developed ice under and had to call AAA to get me out so that I could make it to the massage but I didn’t make it there on time, I called to let them know I was going to be late. A situation that I had no control over yet I got charged the full amount only because I offered to reschedule my appointment instead of getting a 20 min session which would only be about 10 mins of massage ! The staff was very care free and didn’t show any concern towards my situation!
