I went in for a massage and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently undergoing cancer treatment and listed it on the medical forms provided when checking in. When my massage was about to start I was lying face down. The massage therapist asked if she could take off my necklace. She removed my necklace and never informed me of where she placed it. She then began the massage and had to stop 2 times within 15 minutes because she was coughing uncontrollably. I asked her nicely to stop immediately because I couldn’t afford to get sick because I have surgery in 2 weeks. When I checked out I explained that I had to end the appointment after 15 minutes because she was clearly very sick. I paid the full price and they didn’t even offer to discount it. I was in such a hurry to get out of there that I happily just paid and left. After I left I realized the next day that the massage therapist never gave me back my diamond necklace. I called and returned to the location to try and retrieve my necklace. They of course said they couldn’t locate it. When the manager asked her employee where she put my necklace she said she placed it on top of my clothes. This is highly unlikely since I would have seen it while I was getting dressed. I filed a police report in hopes it shows up.

Bad experience. “Therapist” had long nails and scratched my back several times. I asked her to focus on my lower back and she massaged my legs. Resulted in pain in my leg during and after the “massage”. Left more stressed than when I walked in. Poor service. Would not go back.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. This is the Walmart of massages. Basically, I spent 45 minutes having somebody rub lotion *gently* on my body. I thought someone was playing a joke on me and I kept waiting for the massage to begin. I ordered a “deep tissue” massage and when I mentioned that she barely added any pressure. It’s obvious that she probably had 10 more massages to do that day and was going to do all of them lately as to not wear herself out. Don’t fall for this marketing scam it’s a complete waste of money and time. Go to a real massage therapist.

If I could leave no stars I would ! Bought my co worker 100$ gift card which would get her a 90 minute massage. Her appointment was at 5:30 she went at 5:10 didn’t get seen until after 6:30 then the guy Antonio who did her massage said his next client was 7:30 so he barely touched her only did 1 arm & was done by 7:15 & said you have 16 minutes for next time you come back. ! That is absolutely not ok ! I did not get her a 90 minute massage for that ! I also called and asked to speak to the manager & I was never called back ! Guess I was screwed out of 100$ & my co worker was screwed out of a relaxing massage

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDanielle is a true healer. She went above and beyond. My massage was one of the best I’ve had. Released all my tight muscles and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed! She’s the best!!

She just put loads of lotion on me and didn’t actually give me a massage.

Ugh where do I start…. my husband got his massage first to his surprise it was a male doing his massage. He was out of his comfort zone but proceeded with just getting his shoulders and back massage while leaving on his clothes. My husband knew if he didn’t get the massage I wouldn’t have either. He was not aware that the same man would massage me.(Nothing against that employee) Having a man massage me is totally out of my comfort zone. I drove an hour and a half to get my massage on mothers Day. They failed to communicate that they only had male employees to do the massage. My husband and I would have not booked. While we were not charged we also weren’t compensated for the inconvenience any ordinary day no big deal, but on Mother’s Day what a disappointment. The last 2 Mother’s Day my husband had no luck booking an appointment. Disappointed. Bad luck with massage envy. I’ll try a different company.

After booking a massage, I find out when I get there I can’t have one because I need a doctor’s note over having a foot surgery 3 months ago. They said their policy requires a doctor’s note for 6 months after any surgery. How would someone even know that? There is nothing on their website about it. Also, I had two friends with me booked at the same time (visiting from out of state) and they ended up cancelling their massages because they didn’t like the way the person at the front desk handled it. Bad experience.

I booked a massage over the phone recently. It was my first time there so I received a discounted rate. Their regular rates I find very high especially for a chain. When booking I was not asked if a male was ok. His name was Francis and I know both male and female with this name. I was very surprised when he called me in for my massage. The massage itself was ok. Not great but not bad. What really put me off was he kept slapping the sides of the bed. He seemed to be doing it on purpose. It was very odd. He was also an extremely heavy breather. So much so that I could feel him breathing on me. Although the massage was ok I will not be back. The lobby also smells awful. They need to turn the diffuser off.
