I have been with Massage Envy for over 10 years and well through the pandemic. I have over 30 unused massages on my account. I have a monthly credit card billed for the monthly fee. I book an appointment and get a call from them that said they can’t honor the appointment because they don’t have a credit card on file. They have confirmed the appointment was accepted and they chose to cancel. I want compensation for last minute cancellation. If you cancelled the last minute, they would charge you! Horrible customer service!

I would let you know the quality of the massages and atmosphere of the place, but problem is they keep cancelling my appointments and making me reschedule due to people calling out. Several times. When they reschedule it they do it like a month and a half later. Ugh. And also massage envy in general, they make it insanely difficult to schedule appointments at other locations if you have an account set up somewhere else, it involves them “transferring credits”, creating a new account for your guest, and hoping they don’t cancel you again. To be clear I’ve been nothing but nice to them but I just got cancelled again, and its like been such a poor experience.

They never pick up their phones, and if you try to schedule online there is never an appointment available. I drove down to the studio to see if I could make an appointment in person since I can’t get a call back or one online. The studio was closed even though the sign said they should be open. Unacceptable. What is going on here?!
