All I wanted to do after my massage was pay and get out. The front desk associate was trying to sell me a membership for ten minutes even though I told her multiple times that I wasn’t interested and just wanted to pay and leave. It’s quite obvious that management is forcing them to do this. While I was being sold to against my will, another associate was asking me questions for a survey. Again, all I wanted to do was pay and leave. When I was slow to respond to a question (because i was being sold to and surveyed at the same time by two different people) the survey lady made a comment that “I must do manual labor” which wasn’t offensive but definitely annoying. Why they do this to people after getting a massage when they are relaxed and happy is a great mystery. I left there pretty annoyed. There are too many great massage places in the area to deal with that. The massage itself was decent and the lady that did my massage was a pleasure to talk to, but I’m never coming back.

I called the morning of a storm asking if I will get charged if I canceled due to the storm. Lady said yes. I live an hour away and was taking my grandmother for our spa day we planned a month ago. I arrive at my grandmothers house who lives near the massage envy. (15 mins before the appointment) I get a call that our appointment is now canceled. Lady didn’t understand why I was so upset that I just had to drive in a dangerous storm, mind you schools and other businesses were already closed. She wasn’t mindful at all. Waste of my time. Not professional whatsoever.

Today I called Massage Envy needing to cancel my apt 30 mins before, which I realize is typically unacceptable. I explained to the women answering phones that I’ve had two of my cars totaled in 3 weeks, I was rear ended and hospitalized and then a tree hit my other vehicle. Today I had an apt at 2 to pick up a rental car, I walked in to find out they had no cars and hadn’t called me. I then had to Uber to another rental car location, got a car and after 15 minutes realized it had serious issues and had to return for another. This took me hours and I could not get to my apt because I was waiting for another car. The women who answered the phone was lovely but I was told the clinical manager would still charge me for the appointment and my situation wasn’t “enough”. Turns out they were able to fill the time and didn’t charge me but I’m appalled by how cold and cruel the clinical manager was, I wonder if this branch has financial issues because how is that situation not beyond anyones control? Even the women on the phone felt awful but I’ll never return if management is this cold.

Worst facial I think I’ve ever had after continuously getting facials for 5+ years. I’ve had facials at other massage envy locations and maybe it was just who I had but I have never had a facial where I did not walk out feeling clean. I walked out here not feeling clean. I have an upcoming vacation and was hoping my face would be okay, no here I am an hour after my facial popping my own pimples and giving myself a better facial. I get acne, maskne etc. why would you let someone leave your location with several whiteheads ready to pop I have no idea. I will not be returning…

I got a 90 minute facial by Madisyn yesterday and I was honestly blown away, all of the products smelled amazing and her technique was great. The spa was very clean and quiet, and she went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience. I can tell she really knew what she was doing. I haven’t been able to relax like that in a very long time, I will definitely be returning!

Have been there twice and had good experience both times. Staff are friendly and inviting. I booked with 2 different therapists and had two very good massages but each had different styles/touch, so if you don’t click with one, try another!

Went here today and had an amazing experience. My massage therapist was Rob, he is very professional as well as knowledgeable when it comes to the muscles and how they intertwine with one another. As he gave me a deep tissue massage on my neck, head and shoulders he explained why and how this will help with many things including my migraines, while all the time respecting me and asking for permission and if I was comfortable with being massaged on each specific region of my body.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy account has been frozen for a few months as I recover from surgery. As I am still not feeling 100%, I called and left a message for them to please call me so I can extend the freeze another month. Some girl calls and says my account has been canceled! This is news to me, as when I put it on hold I had spoke to the manager. The girl couldn’t even give me any reason as to why it was canceled, etc. The supervisor or manager was “too busy” to answer my questions so I am waiting for a call back.
