Make sure you read all fine print if you go here!!! Members can gift hours to other people as gifts but if they cancel the membership any gifted hours get taken back after a brief amount of time with no written notification. All locations are independently operated so good luck getting anyone to take responsibility or help correct a wrong.

Not a bad price or idea if you can ever get in and get an appointment but beware if you ever want to leave the contract. They get you in a round and round circle leaving you continuing to pay while have no services available.

Love this place ! I’m a UPS driver, I put a big toll on my body throughout the span of my career . Massage envy is absolutely phenomenal. My therapist, Lindsey, is extremely good at her job. She listens to exactly what I need and performs with much professionalism. I recommend this to anyone who needs/wants massages, and don’t forget to ask for Lindsey!

Made a last minute booking for an hour deep tissue. To say this was the best massage i have had in a long time is an understatement. The place was very clean, masks worn, and hand sanitizer used. I left with no pains in my body, which is a huge deal, since i live witn chronic pain. The masseuse made sure to really focus where i wanted her to, and paid attention to my breathing, asking every now and again if i was ok. It was overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

I went there once and had a great massage! Paid $65 for 60 minutes. Second time paid $95! Asked why is it so much more for the same type of massage the receptionist said something about being a member there you get discounts but why was the massage $65 the first time around??!! Also she was very rude asking me if I left a tip??? Who does that? and how much I left??!!

Like the dollar store of massages. Felt slightly unprofessional in atmosphere. paid for an hour massage and after getting undressed and starting a quarter after I was out in 45 minutes including the additional services that I paid for. Stars only for the fact that the staff was kind and the knot in my shoulder did feel slightly better afterward, what I specified and paid for was neglected and youd be better off putting some quarters in a massage chair at the mall.

Today was my first time here. Very nice, clean and relaxing place but unfortunately I was not able to receive their services because I was scheduled for a massage instead of a facial. It’s not a big problem but I had to work with my schedule in order to accommodate their availability and now I’ll have to do the same for my next appt in a different day when is not even my fault.
